Pre-flight checklist

1) Proof of ID (16 year and older)
For the safety and security of all guests, everyone is subject to search and may be asked to provide proof of identification.

Accepted forms of identification include:

  • Driver’s license
  • State or student ID
  • Passport
  • Naturalization card

2) Water

Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate

Please ensure you and your family remain hydrated to prevent heat related illness.  Water will be available for purchase on the air show grounds.  Glass bottles are prohibited but other personal water bottles are permitted.

3) Sunscreen

The Holloman Air Show “Legacy of Liberty” will be outdoors at the start of the summer season.  Protect yourself and your skin from getting a nasty sunburn and make sure you apply sunscreen

4) Ear Protection

Getting an up close look at 75 years of airpower means a lot of jet noise.  Guests are encouraged to bring their own ear protection (especially for kiddos!)   A limited amount of ear protection may be available for sale at the event.

5) Camera & Extra Batteries

We have an impressive lineup of aircraft in the air and on the ground for you this year and whether you're posting on social media or just for yourself, you’ll want to remember this for years to come.  Don’t forget your camera and extra batteries.

6) Folding Chair & Wagon

Pull up a chair (or a wagon) and get comfortable!  Viewing areas will be set up to give guests the best views of the aerial acts and they’re sure to fill up fast.  Guests are allowed to bring their own folding chair or wagon for a more comfortable viewing experience.  Premium seating areas provide seating so you do not need to bring additional seating if you purchase a premium ticket.

7) Cash & Credit

There will be a wide selection of food and beverage options available for purchase along with souvenirs and keepsakes to remember the experience.  Vendors accept both cash and credit cards.
